We stand behind every installation with our SunShield™ 1-Year Protection Warranty, providing confidence that your investment is protected against defects in workmanship, installation, and the hardware we supply.

Our goal is simple:

If something isn't right because of our workmanship or materials, we'll make it right.

What's Covered

For one (1) year from the installation date, Pro Sun Shades will repair or replace, at our discretion, any covered component that fails because of:

Professional Workmanship

Coverage includes defects resulting from our installation, including:

• Improper installation

• Improper tensioning

• Hardware installation errors

• Fabric installation defects

Hardware

Coverage includes hardware supplied by Pro Sun Shades including:

• Turnbuckles

• Shackles

• Pad eyes

• Cable assemblies

• Mounting hardware

• Welded components

• Steel poles

• Pole base plates

when failure results from defects in workmanship or manufacturing.

Shade Materials

Coverage includes defects in:

• Fabric seams

• Manufacturing defects

• Premature hardware failure

• Material defects

under normal residential use.

30-Day Total Peace of Mind Coverage

It may take a few days for your shade to settle into its final operating condition while ensuring everything performs exactly as intended.

During the first 30 days after installation, your shade system is covered for virtually any issue related to normal operation, including:

• Hardware adjustments

• Tension adjustments

• Installation corrections

• Weather-related movement or settling

• Minor service calls

• Manufacturing defects

Anchor Point Protection

Every property is unique.

Because our systems are attached to existing homes, masonry walls, fascia boards, patio structures, and other building components that were constructed by others, the long-term integrity of those structural components is outside our control.

For this reason, our warranty covers our installation methods and hardware, but cannot extend to movement, deterioration, failure, or hidden deficiencies within the existing structure itself.

If an attachment location experiences movement or deterioration unrelated to our workmanship, we will gladly inspect the system and recommend the most effective solution.

Our goal is always to preserve your shade system whenever reasonably possible.

Wind & Severe Weather

Our shade systems are engineered for normal weather conditions and are professionally tensioned for maximum performance.

However, Mother Nature occasionally produces weather beyond the design limits of any shade sail system.

Damage resulting from:

• severe wind events

• microbursts

• dust storms

• falling trees

• flying debris

• hail

• flooding

• acts of nature

is not covered after the initial 30-day coverage period.

If weather-related damage does occur, our service department offers discounted repair services whenever possible.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Abuse or misuse

• Alterations made by others

• Damage caused by other contractors

• Structural movement of the home or wall

• Foundation settling

• Existing construction deficiencies

• Accidents

• Fire

• Vandalism

• Animal damage

• Normal cosmetic aging

• Fabric fading due to natural UV exposure

• Damage from extreme weather events after the initial 30 days
